Cash Yield
Cash Yield is the annualized percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of Class A Available Funds, Collateral Available Funds and Specified Interchange and the denominator of which is the weighted average Co-Owner Amount for the Monthly Period.
Expense Rate
Expense Rate equals the Base Rate after adding the Class A and Collateral Part Two Expenses to the numerator used in the calculation thereof.
